All-Star Real Estate Academy offers in-person pre-licensing real estate courses. Learn real-life experiences and challenges in real estate. This is a total of 90 hours of which 60 is pre-licensing and 30 is the course for New Affiliates, both of which are required. TN State Certified instructors teach this course.
We offer
Day and Night Classes
Once you have registered for this class you cannot switch between in-person and the online course.
You must attend the entire course. You can pay and reserve your seat today or pay in person on the day of the class.
This is a self-taught course. Once you have paid for the course, you can pick up the material, or for the additional cost of the material to be mailed, it can be mailed to you. You will also receive the final test by mail. You can still contact the instructor by email or by phone for questions.
You may choose to take your pre-licensing course online. All-Star Real Estate Academy offers this course where you will schedule the day and time you want to study. No set hours. This is a self-study online course.

Online Courses Offered
Looking to upgrade to the brokers license? This is a 30 hour course scheduled at different times during the year.
To Qualify:
You must have been licensed for 3 years or (36 months),
Pass the State Brokers Exam.
Complete the Broker Management Course.
Once you have obtained your Brokers license, you will then be required to complete 120 hours of CE within a 3 year period.

This course is for students who have completed the 60-hour pre-licensing course from a different school or those who have already been licensed in another state and are being required to take this course.
